Policy Restrictions for Balloon Orders and Deliveries.
Due to specific procedures, for residential deliveries there must be someone home to accept the balloon delivery. We cannot leave the balloon delivery unattended, or left on the front door. If a special delivery is attempted and for whatever reason, there is no one there to accept the delivery; we will attempt one more contact and try to make the delivery, there will be an additional delivery charge added to the total. After two attempts we will return the delivery to the shop, and the client will be contacted for further directions.
Every school is different about their balloon deliveries; some schools do NOT allow latex balloons to be delivered, other schools will only allow deliveries to be made to the office. It is up to the client that is ordering the balloon bouquet to contact the school and find out what that particular policies are for the school.
Sonora Regional Medical Center Facilities only allow Mylar/Foil balloons to be delivered. It is best to check with the hospital first. The ordering client should find out if the patient has been discharged, and what the balloon policies are.
Local hotels do not allow the balloons to be delivered to the guests' room. The balloons will be delivered to the Hotel front lobby counter/check in area. It is up to the Hotel to make sure the balloons are delivered to the required guest.

*Please note - Local deliveries within Sonora, East Sonora, lower Twain Harte, Jamestown (main Street) and Tuolumne City are $5.00
Areas just outside these location will be an additional $ 5.00 Flat Rate

We are happy to take your special balloon bouquet order over the phone. If you are unsure of what you would like to order; we are more than happy to help you make your delivery as special as it can be. When ordering, please have a Credit Card ready. We will take the Card information allowing us to have your order ready for pick up. We can not hold orders or make complete orders until it is either paid for or held by Credit Card.
In Store Orders:
If you are visiting our store and you want to place an order for a future delivery or pick up, we are more than happy to accommodate you also.
All future orders, to be delivered or to be picked up must be paid in advance, Unless, we have made special arrangements with you for payment.
If you must cancel your order, you will need to call and cancel you order 24 hours prior to the time and date of the delivery and/or pick up. We do not pre-make our designs, therefore we do need to know in advance if the order needs to be cancelled. The money will be refunded/credited to your credit card at that time.
On-Line ordering requires a credit card.
Phone orders also require a credit card, in-store purchases can be paid by credit card, Local check or cash.
